4 full time staff on-site 8am-8pm, waking night cover. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Staff provide support around independent living skills, drugs and alcohol.
Access to move-on
Staff give advice on move-on options. Referral to floating support service.

£22pw required from residents in receipt of benefits.

House rules and tenure
No alcohol allowed on the premises (testing carried out). No smoking allowed in the building. Licence agreement.
Must be in by 11pm. Can arrange to stay away maximum 3 nights per week.
Visitors allowed at staff discretion.
Monthly residents' meetings.
